The environmental education team consists of biologists and other professionals in the environmental and educational fields, who work daily to raise public awareness regarding current environmental issues. To achieve this, didactic techniques are used to effectively convey information about the animals and their habitats, ensuring understanding for all audiences and pre-scheduled groups, whether school-related or not. In addition to these activities, the team develops environmental actions related to an annual environmental calendar to increase public engagement and collectively achieve the purpose of Environmental Education at the São Paulo Aquarium.
